Delivery scope

The Pizza Company Vietnam serves customers through a system of more than 70 restaurants in 21 provinces and cities within a radius of 4km from the nearest restaurant.

1. Delivery fee:

  • The Pizza Company Vietnam charges a delivery fee of 25,000 VND for actual payment orders (with or without applying discounts and promotions), with a value of 100,000 VND or more within the scope of sale. 4km radius from the nearest restaurant.
    For orders worth less than 100,000 VND, The Pizza Company Vietnam will ask customers to choose to go directly to the nearest restaurant to receive the order.
  • Starting from January 26, 2021, each actual invoice of the Buy 1 Get 1 Pizza program applied every Tuesday and Wednesday will have a delivery fee of 25,000 VND added when the customer places an order. via Hotline 1900 6066 or The Pizza Company website.

2. Delivery time:

  • Operating hours: 10:00 - 22:00 every day.
  • Delivery time: 30 - 45 minutes from the time the Customer's order is successfully recorded and no later than 10:00 p.m. every day

3. Delivery method:

Order home delivery:

  • Customers must go to the final ordering step to receive the order code on Website www.thepizzacompany.vn and have the system confirm a successful order.
  • Successful orders will be recorded and automatically delivered by The Pizza Company Vietnam restaurant branch designated during the ordering process.
  • The operator will contact to confirm the order in the following cases:
  • The information provided by the Customer is not clear or accurate;

Confirm the Customer's red invoice information;

Errors arise in the order recording system that affect the verification of accurate information.

After the order has been confirmed, staff at the nearest The Pizza Company Vietnam restaurant branch are assigned to deliver and prepare accompanying items (sauce, spoon, fork, napkin...).

Order to pick up directly at the restaurant:

  • Customers must go to the final ordering step to receive the order code on Website www.thepizzacompany.vn and have the system confirm a successful order.
  • The time to arrive at the restaurant to receive the food is about 20 minutes from the time the system confirms the order successfully or receives a confirmation call from The Pizza Company Vietnam.
  • Customers can change the delivery time of the day at least 1 hour before the booked time.
  • Order receiving hours are from 10:00 to 21:30 every day.
  • When receiving the goods, please check if the product has any errors or defects. Please keep the receipt for the restaurant to check.
  • Any disputes arising between The Pizza Company Vietnam and customers must be resolved in the spirit of cooperation for a common purpose. Both parties have the responsibility and obligation to respect the rights and equality between the parties.

Payment policy

The Pizza Company Vietnam has a variety of payment methods for customers when ordering through the website www.thepizzacompany.vn

1. Payment upon receipt of order (COD):

  • Customers can pay in cash immediately upon receiving the order and can directly check the order on the invoice.
  • For door-to-door delivery orders with actual payment value over 1,000,000 VND, only prepayment via e-wallet or directly by credit card, debit card or ATM card via Sacombank's payment gateway is applicable.
  • For orders placed directly at the restaurant, customers can choose to change the payment method from cash (COD) to other payment methods available at the restaurant.

2. Pay online with E-wallet:

  • Customers can pay online using E-wallet if they already use it.
  • Orders canceled after successful payment will be refunded within 3 working days.
  • For home delivery orders with a payment value of over 2,000,000 VND, a representative of The Pizza Company Vietnam will call to confirm the customer's order again to ensure accurate order information and delivery. according to the correct person and address provided.

3. Pay directly by credit card, debit card or ATM card via Sacombank's payment gateway:

  • Payments by bank card will be made through Sacombank's payment gateway.
  • Orders canceled after successful payment will be refunded within 10 working days or depending on the refund regulations of each bank the customer is using.
  • For home delivery orders with a payment value of over 2,000,000 VND, a representative of The Pizza Company Vietnam will call to confirm the customer's order again to ensure accurate order information and delivery. according to the correct person and address provided.

Exchange, return and refund policy

After sending the order confirmation, please follow the instructions below if you want to CANCEL THE ORDER.

1. For HOME DELIVERY orders:

Customers choose Immediate Delivery:

  • Call the selected restaurant to request immediate cancellation of the order or call Hotline 1900 6066 for assistance in transferring information to the restaurant.
  • Staff will check the order status to cancel for the customer in case the order has not been fulfilled.

Customers choose Delivery according to the selected time (pre-order):

  • Call the selected restaurant or Hotline 1900 6066 to request order cancellation at least 30 minutes before the order is delivered for orders with a value of less than 1,000,000 VND.
  • Call the selected restaurant or call Hotline 1900 6066 to request order cancellation at least 60 minutes before the order is delivered for orders with a value of 1,000,000 VND or more.
  • Staff will check the order status to cancel for the customer in case the order has not been fulfilled.

2. For ORDER AND PICK UP orders:

Customers choose Come pick up now:

  • Call the selected restaurant to request immediate cancellation of the order or call Hotline 1900 6066 for assistance in transferring information to the restaurant.
  • Staff will check the order status to cancel for the customer in case the order has not been fulfilled.

Customers choose Come to pick up at the selected time (pre-order):

  • Call the selected restaurant or Hotline 1900 6066 to request order cancellation at least 30 minutes before the order is received for orders with a value of less than 1,000,000 VND.
  • Call the selected restaurant or call Hotline 1900 6066 to request order cancellation at least 60 minutes before the order is received for orders with a value of 1,000,000 VND or more.
  • Staff will check the order status to cancel for the customer in case the order has not been fulfilled.

 

The best way for a customer to request an order cancellation is to call the selected restaurant directly. If customers pay online with MoMo e-wallet or with credit card, debit card or ATM card through Sacombank's payment gateway, the customer's transaction amount will be refunded according to the provisions of the Payment Policy. of The Pizza Company Vietnam.
